The warranty service is the first service after you start using a new bike, and is obligatory and free*. The service applies (recommended after 10-15 hours of cycling) only to bikes purchased at Cyklo 69.

*We charge a fee for any work not included in the warranty service.

A standard service includes a charge for routine maintenance or emergency repairs to your bike (parts), i.e. everything not included in the warranty service.
